1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at www.norvojournal.com (the “Site”), you agree
to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in their
entirety, you must immediately cease using the Site.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”)
and Synexa Digital Pte. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a private limited company
incorporated in Singapore.
2. About the Site
Norvo Journal is an independent editorial publication that publishes product reviews, buying guides, and consumer recommendations. The Site does not sell products directly. Some content contains affiliate links through which we may earn a commission if you make a purchase – see our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Site – including but not limited to text, articles, guides, photographs, graphics, logos, and the overall design and layout – is the exclusive property of Synexa Digital Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site without our prior written consent, except as follows:
- You may print or download a single copy of a page for your own personal, noncommercial reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synexa Digital Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with:

- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed SGD 100 (one hundred Singapore dollars).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synexa Digital Pte. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to refer disputes to your local consumer protection authority or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Synexa Digital Pte. Ltd. with respect to the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
